Not-Quite-Pan Pizza at Pronto Pizza in Brooklyn


Pan pizza, by definition, should be baked in a pan. Hopefully an old cast iron pan caked with years of fat and flavor. But does it have to be fluffy and full of air pockets? I review the sort-of pan pizza from Pronto Pizza on Court Street in Brooklyn on my Examiner.com column.
