I took a couple of friends to eat the whole rotisserie duck stuffed with duck and pork sausage at Momofuku Ssam Bar in the East Village this week. I’ve had this a few times, and when I think of it, I always think of the wonderfully greasy scallion pancakes it comes with. But I always forget about the ridiculously crispy skin and the confit served in the center. Not to mention the pork buns and the cocktails with yuzu that Ssam Bar also has. Oh, and Milk Bar is right next door. Could a meal be more perfect?
